Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or temporary transit disruptions, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,999.
- All shipping charges are displayed transparently at checkout before you complete your payment.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
- COD is available for select pincodes across India, up to an order value of ₹2,000.
- A nominal, non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹100 is charged per order.
- We reserve the right to verify COD orders via phone call or WhatsApp prior to dispatch, to ensure successful delivery.
Pincode Serviceability & Tracking
You can verify if your location is serviceable by entering your pincode on the product page or checkout page. Once your order has been handed over to the courier partner, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS to monitor your package in real time.
